This filter is great for using tap water instead of distilled water in my boneco humidifier. It comes with a test strip and chart to determine the water ph and the number of months it can be used before needing replacement. The water quality where I live is good for using the filter for three months, which makes it an economically good buy.

It’s much more convenient than the earlier model (the canister type), especially since you don’t have to soak it for 24 hours before installation. On the other hand, it’s more expensive, especially if you were refilling the granules yourself.

Nice new redesigned filter for my Air-O-Swiss humidifier with an easier setup. This filter only needs to be put under running water for 2 minutes before its first use, unlike the old filters that required 24 hour soak time. Also now the filter is a 2-in-1, as the old filter only removed minerals, this filter now purifies the water as well. There is an included water test strip with the filter that tests for mineral content, and will tell you when to replace your filter. This filter does its job to purify the water and to keep minerals out of your humidifier, which is important since you are breathing that air.

Great improvement on the previous filter! I was troubled to find out during a recent visit to BBB that the old filter had been discontinued, but all the more excited to learn an enhanced version is now available for the same price yet twice the effectiveness! I still use the hydro cell in conjunction to keep my water as pure as possible, but would feel far more comfortable even using this one on its own. My Air-o-Swiss humidifier seems to require less cleaning and this makes far less noise than its predecessor as the humidifier doesn't seem to work as hard and the water doesn't make as frequent of displacement noises.Hats off to the manufacturer for producing a replacement filter that did not render "older" humidifiers obsolete!

I bought this to replace the old style filter for my Air-O-Swiss humidifier. It is much easier than having to replace the little beads in the old style filter and the price is so much less than the other style. I was concerned at first because the shape was much different than my original flat cylinder filer. I was glad that I took a chance and gave this a try. It works well and is significantly less expensive.

My son gave me his older model of the Boneco (Air-o-Swiss) vaporizer that really needed the filter replaced. No instructions included so I did a search and came up with this filter. It came quickly and fits perfectly in my trusty old vaporizer! What a difference in style of filter as well! So happy with this! Love this vaporizer and this just makes it work the way it's supposed to! Thank you!

The filter for our Humidifioer was easy to install and it works like a charm

These cost a lot of monet for what they are. They do work though.

This redesigned filter is significantly better than the previous design. Unlike its predecessor the A7531, it leaves no white powder residue whatsoever. The water test strips that come with the filter tell you when you should likely need to replace the filter. Although expensive, it last a long time and works as promised so well worth the purchase.

This product is so much better than others, it filters out most white dust. I use this on my BONECO humidifier as well as my pure guardian h8000b humidifier. Works like a charm! The filter that came with the pure guardian humidifier is a such garbage product comparing to this one
