Hula Hoop
Not as easy to remove the links as it says, I had to remove 4, 1 of them broke....I can't decide how this is going to help me as it doesn't need anywhere near as much effort as a proper weighted Hula hoop.I will however keep on using it for a while .

Really good item, takes a little getting used to but stick with it.
Works well not the magic weight loss people say but it's a good way to exercise without strain like running and spinning. Takes a little time to get used to but let's see what happens next.

Good, But Noisey
Very easy to assemble, used it twice so good so far! Only down side is it’s very very noisy! But happy with it so far.
