Very easy to set up. Place the battery/power compartment in between the spokes and thread the lights through. Stayed in place once I installed. The lights are bright and you can easily change the color/flashing. Opening the battery compartment takes a little finesse but it’s doable. I put these on my daughter’s bike as a surprise, she is going to love it! (Images are of me testing it out before I used the screws to install.)

THE BATTERY IS A LITTLE SHORT AND ONLY THE CHARGER ENCLOSED WORKS WITH THAT BATTERY. SO NO STORE BOUGHT BATTERY WILL WORK ON THIS STRING. LOVE THE STRING BUT IF YOU LOOSE THE CHARGER THEN IT IS WORTHLESS
