I want to return this product.
Product is good but it is not fixing with my gala mop. So I want to return it

Bad product bad service
I ordered the product from Amazon but when I tried it, I realized that it was defective. It did not work properly so I returned it. I had previously bought a Gala Spin Mob rod and it also stopped working within a few days so I ordered another one but it also turned out to be defective. So I asked for a replacement but Amazon took the replacement order but maybe they forgot and gave me a replacement. After that I called customer care and asked to take the product back. Amazon should sell good products to the citizens and improve their service
