This vacuum is hands down the best that I've ever owned. The suction on this is impressive, and the soft roller brush is gentle on floors. The dirt collection cup is easy to empty without getting my hands dirty or creating a dust cloud, and the filter keeps the dirt inside while vacuuming. It is maneuverable, and the 'joint' on the tubing makes it easy to get under furniture without having to lower the handle to the floor. I love that it's free-standing, and if I want to hang it on the wall for charging the mount is included.Also, the company responds instantly and handles any issues that might occur in a professional manner. highly recommend this company and the vacuum.

We bought this vacuum cleaner couple of months back and it's been pretty effective cleaning the carpet area (we haven't used it on floor yet). The biggest pros is it's lightweight and wireless function. The flexible roller and the lights on it makes it easier to clean hard to reach places.We did had our roller malfunctioned after 4 months of usage but the support team was very helpful in getting us the new part and communicated well at each step of the process.

I have a German Shepherd who sheds a lot, especially on the area rug of my approximately 1000-sq ft condo which is elsewhere luxury vinyl plank. It is hard to keep up with the shedding, so I thought I would get a stick vacuum to keep up with cleaning in between upright vacuum cleaning or when I was too tired to properly vacuum. I ordered the P1 Pro because of its 3 speeds and power and was amazed that using the 3rd speed got almost all of the dog hair out of my short carpet, which my upright vacuum was even unable to do. I loved the vacuum and used it regularly, especially loved how lightweight it was and easy to maneuver around corners and tight spots. Also loved how it could convert into a hand vac so I could easily clean the dog hair in my car too! Unfortunately, a couple months later the vacuum broke! It stayed on charging 55% for hours and would not charge past the point. I emailed Pretty Care customer service who responded in less than a day possible ways to fix the vacuum and that it may have short circuited and how to fix it. I tried both ways, charging overnight and the other way, but unfortunately, the vacuum was broken. Pretty Care Customer Service responded again in less than 24 hours and offered to give me a replacement P1 Pro for free! It arrived in 4 days and I tested it out. It works amazingly, once again on the dog hair in my condo, and I am pleased. I am also very pleased with how the Pretty Care Customer Service handled things promptly and recommend the company to anyone!

I love this cordless vacuum. It works really well. I especially love the light and how well it maneuvers around things. It has great suction and power. The charge will last for awhile. It uses up more charge on full power. Overall it's a great product. I highly recommend buying it.

Work great! It’s light, the battery lasts and the customer service is very responsive, friendly and patient, if you have any questions or a problem they will help you right away!

It's a great vacuum has good suction But after a very few uses its broken down at the last attachment my heart was broken I really loved not having the cord

Very light weight, easy to clean and easy to use! Reaches everywhere easily. Only downside is the charge doesn’t hold very long 😞

We’ve really enjoyed our Prettycare wireless vacuum so far. I love that it is fairly lightweight, has easily adjustable power settings, and it’s very portable. The charge remaining display is very helpful.One full charge has been enough for either two large hard floor rooms or a bathroom and a large carpeted room. We have pets and foster animals, so this is keeping in mind the extra work of sucking up fur from the floor and upholstery!Since having surgery earlier this year, I’ve had a tougher time using our larger plugin unit for long without getting tired and I can’t carry it between floors myself yet. We looked for a lighter alternative and were on a budget, and we tried this version after seeing customer feedback.I feel it’s a great balance of charge duration and suction power for the price. It’s easy to empty and the filter is easy to clean. This has helped me to be able to feel more empowered to do a little bit around the house while I rehabilitate, and I think it would be a great vacuum option in general!
