Great key pad works really well Does the job and was a good price.

A good, sturdy product that works well with my Garador garage door.Despite following the instructions, plus watching 2x YouTube videos (which said the same as the instructions), I did have difficulty getting the unit to program with my existing door code. There didn't seem to be any particular logic to it, but repeating the same process multiple times led to it eventually working! Persevere, as the product is good and useful once it's programmed-up.

Hi my Supramatic series 2 door system is working well..However the External key pad stopped opening the door. (one with a small round light indicator in red)So tried the recovery from the hand held key without any result (many times !!!)So purchased a new Hormann FCT 3 BS from Amazon .......“Recommended for you based on Hormann 436758 Wireless Code Keypad 868MHz FCT...”Reset to factory after removing the battery. Noted it flashed blue for series 3 then Red for series 2. So Set to series 2 as my hand fob is grey with blue buttons and refs HSE 2.Set personal code as per Vid and paperwork recommended.Offered up the hand fob and tried to tfx the signal….nothing …tried too many times to remember.It did overwrite my hand transmitter---bother.... but had a spare to recover by.Cant find instruction to tfx from the main unit (can find series 3 but mine is series 2 with only one character light panel and Up and Down arrows and a PRG button ..In addition the bulb failed in automatic mode but lights on manual… any solution. ??Any one advise please …..losing will to live as cannot believe the German technology is failing--- always had love of a For Sprung Dork Technique carsSo Is it me ☹ ???

A bit awkward persuading it to accept the code from our existing remote but once done works perfectly.

Got a new Hormann garage 6 months ago got a couple of fobs, then lost one, also found it a nuisance having to carry one around when in garden.Keypad ideal answer.As with a new fob I found it impossible to code a new fob and the keypad from an existing fob.However when coded direct from operating unit both keypad and new fob worked with first attempt at coding.

Had trouble programming it. But the help person was very helpful. Got there in the end.

Works very well, instructions leave a certain amount to be desired but there are useful online videos which tell you how to set it up

First class product but tricky to programme.
