Very Good, but not for my cats
These are solid, heavy, well made stainless steel bowls. Easy to clean with a nice size surface for the food and no whisker fatigue. However, and this is the case with all stainless steel products. When you wash them, they give off a strong metallic scent which doesn't go away until the dish dries and cools off. My cats HATE the metallic smell and run from the bowl and when the smell goes away, the stainless steel becomes very cold and the cats do not like that either. That's my guys though. I was sorry that I couldn't use them because they really are quality bowls, but I had to go ceramic for my kitties.

Cat and I both love it
I feed a feral cat who always acts like he’s starving, he gobbles and always has to rush through. Result is he pushes as much off the plate as he eats. My own indoor cat is a dainty eater so I’ve never experienced this, had no idea how to solve it. I was searching for a heavy dish that didn’t move easily and one that sat flat on the surface without a raised edge like typical bowls or even saucers have. I got tired of cleaning up the wasted food that got pushed off the plate and wound up tucked just out of reach under the lip of the bow/plate. Even though I’ve fed this cat for 2 years…..twice a day every day, as a true feral, he’s still cautious of humans and won’t approach the food until I go in the house and makes sure I closed the door. So I can’t rearrange the position of the food dish or scoop up the food once he starts eating if he’s pushed it off the plate. This bowl solves all the problems.Note, it came with a note from the owner saying the newer bowls comes without the silicone strip that pops on the bottom rim, instead they send a silicone mat with the newer versions to keep it from sliding. They added that if I preferred a mat, let them know and they’d send one right out. I thought that was a good idea and pulled off the strip and just placed it on a silicone mat I have. No slip, but really this is such a nice heavy bowl I doubt it would move anyway. This bowl is so well designed. Because of the graduated sides, the juicier part of the food would stay at the bottom so not likely to get pushed out and slop out the edges. There’s also a cut-out on one side so you’ve got a spot to slide a finger in when picking the bowl out. How clever. Since it sets so flush to the surface, it would be hard to pick up otherwise. A note from the seller encourages you to reach out to them if you have any questions, issues or problems. Great customer service. Great product. My feral eats every bite and licks it clean without losing some over the edge. This is a very heavy duty stainless steel, very easy to clean, and won’t harbor bacteria like plastic can. I didn’t want to use glass outdoors so this was perfect. I really love this.

A must have!
We have the whole system; the water bowl, two food dishes (used for dry & wet) & a stand for each (3 total). Our little girl loves these & seems to be much more comfortable eating out of the raised dishes. They are very high quality & I really like the non slip aspect of them too. Our cat enjoys batting at her bowls & she can no longer do that with these. Very sturdy product & they clean up with ease! Would recommend to all cat owners.

Great wide bowl but doesn't help a messy eater! I found a solution!
This is a great bowl! No complaints! However, I have an older cat that only has 1 tooth so when she eats, she licks it with her tongue and the food goes up and over the bowl. With this particular bowl, I thought the ridges built in would help stop that but they didn't. They are too smooth, and we had the same issue. What I did was buy some round air fryer silicone liners and cut them down to size. I'm still trying these out and have them taped to the bowl before I glue them down. The liners are food safe, and the silicone is just sticky enough and has ridges so when Yennifer eats/licks her food, it's harder to scoot over the bowl and make a mess. So far, it's worked perfectly! No more messy clean up. I would love to see the company come up with something better like this! It was a game changer for me and Yennifer gets a fuller belly! I hope this review helps someone else that has a messy eater!

Worked well for disabled kitty
I don't have any cons, just pros. Worked well for a disabled kitty. We have a cat who had neurologic brain damage after surgery. He's slowly improving and we still hope for full recovery, but one big problem was feeding him. Initially I had to feed him canned food with a syringe, then by hand using a spoon. He wasn't eating independently from a bowl, or at least for only a few seconds. The bowls had non-skid bottoms, but were smooth inside and he didn't have the coordination to eat food that moved around. The design of the CaGuru bowls worked great. It concentrates the food in the bottom center. I suspect the Concentric rings also helped him visually and tactilely... he was initially blind but now has most of his vision back. The kibble was our first experiment. I didn't expect much, so gave him a small amount. He gobbled it and wanted more, which of course we were delighted to provide. The canned food, surprisingly, took a bit more time. When the kitty gets tired, his brain and body don't work very well. When he is rested, he eats the canned food quite nicely. One bowl is used for canned food, and one is for kibble. The bowls are very easy to clean and have survived drops from a 4 ft high kitty litter tree (the kitty can once again climb to a nice box cave on it and likes eating there - see the image). I also like the small cut out on the bottom edge. It makes the bowl easy to pick up and move around. Great simple design which has helped our kitty's recovery... he can eat independently with kibble available 24/7. Good nutrition, rest and time are helping him get better.

Good bowl
Really nice bowls! Sturdy, clean looking and the shape seems much more relaxing for my two boys to eat out of. I lke the little notch in the side to make it easier to pick up.

The stainless is pricey but excellent
I've never seen a cat accept something new so quickly. They usually suspect anything new might be some kind of evil human trick -- especially my new rescue cat, who took six months to fully accept the cat cave bed I had shipped in from Nepal. But this new food bowl? Walter was on it like white on rice. Whisker-stress relief must really be a thing. He only paused briefly to look back at me and say (with the look): "Why'd it take you so long to get one of these in here?" He has a point. (BTW, be sure to get the elevated stand too.)

Bonito, sencillo y buena calidad
Este producto es bueno para gatos bebés o gatitos pequeños, al menos a mis dos gatitas de 3.5 kg les gusta muchos, más porque sus bigotes son largos y no rozan con el plato

Seems to work well
My cat has incredibly long whiskers and like all cats is at risk for whisker fatigue so we wanted to get her something that will workIt works well and the mat came with stood her from dragging it across the floor. Will certainly last an eternity
