Exactly the tools you need for bread making, they are like an extension to your hand. I make all my own bread now and have seen these or similar tools used by bakers on YouTube. I bought these and have found the "D" shaped one to be the most useful for me. I cannot be without it now, so pleased I bought them.

better than expected
My brand-name kidney shaped bowl scraper split after 2 months of occasional use so this pack was a replacement. I have to say I've used the large rectangular tool more than I thought (cutting dough for pasta into pieces). It is very sturdy. The kidney shaped scraper is less flexible than my previous one but so far performs better. It's also slightly smaller so I think they may help prevent it splitting so easily. Very pleased with this purchase.
