Thermostat not very clever.. Cheap build quality... but for the price - It's OK!
Delivered fast and setup is easy. Out of the box, plug in the power and placed on a hot radiator. It took a minute or two to splutter into life (the fan was still freezing cold from just being delivered) and hummed away nicely giving a gentle breeze of gently warmed air.So easy fit and I'm pretty sure the room warmed faster than usual. Some additional points:1. It is quiet... but I could easily hear it from 3 meters away - but it's a slight motor hum plus a gentle white noise of the air, so you can live with it - especially with the tele on. The high med low settings don't make a huge difference to the noise - just a bit more or less white noise. I did accidentally bang it after a week and it got a bit less motor noise so the amount of noise might vary between machines due to poor build quality.2. The unit has two arms with magnets embedded within them (sandwiched between two bits of plastic that are glued together) and another second set of loose magnets which sit in an indent over each embedded magnet. I guess this two magnet system on each arm increases the magnetic strength. The loose magnets often stay stuck to the radiator when you move the unit. Not really a problem, you just pull it off the radiator and magnetically clip it back on the arm. However if the radiator stays really hot for a few hours the glue which holds two bits of plastic in each arm together melts and the unit falls over leaving the magnets and plastic strips on the radiator. So - as other reviews mention, you may have to super glue the arms back together.Note: this ungluing will probably only happen if unit is held upright only by the magnets. If it sits comfortably on a double radiator then there's no force on the magnets - and so no force to cause the arms to separate.3. The automatic switching feature could be better. It switches the unit on when the temperature of the air is above 18 degrees and off otherwise. This means that if you like the room to be at, say, 21 degrees, then when the room has reached that temperature, this unit will stay on, wasting a little bit of electricity and making a draft and noise, even though the radiator is off. It then only switches off when room temperature falls below 18 degrees - when the heating is off. This unit would be better if it measured the temperature of the radiator (not the air) and switched on only when the radiator was above say 25 degrees - e.g. only when the radiator is hot.So in summary, this device is cheap and cheaply made and probably worth the cost... and because of the price I can accept its problems. The poor thermostat design I find most annoying since it means I have to remember to switch it off at the end of the evening and on in the morning and put up with it running when the room has got up to temperature.

Love it.
Wow what a clever product. Will treat my family to this for their Christmas presents, to save them some money on their energy bills. I used this in my bathroom and it also heated up my bedroom and hallway as well. Love it.

Great buy
It does exactly what it says on the box my living room is now a lot warmer than before I've even turned the heating down a bit to compensate for the extra warmth from the radiator

Meh! Electric fan without electricity.
Rubbish. Came without power adaptor so couldn't use it. Could have done with it working in middle of cold snap.
