These are really good if you want absolutely zero head protection while you spar. Other than the feeling of protraction these provide little to none actual protection to your head. In terms of sparring pads more expensive is gonna be better than the alternative.

I was concerned about the fit on these but they fit perfectly fine, not too loose and not too tight. It does it's job as a headgear and quality has been durable so far.
