I’ve only been using this for a month but so far it seems to be helping. I’ll continue to take it for the recommended 3 months and then reevaluate.

I don’t doubt that this product works, but in my case I completely lost my appetite and even lost weight (I’m an adult who weighs 95 lbs, so the last thing I need is to drop more weight). I tried going down to one gummy, but it made no difference.

Smells great! But the taste of the gummies 😬 but I am going to say so far I do see a difference I don’t bloat as much as I used to like my bloating was gross and made me sad I’m not even done with my bottle yet and also my period is usually 35-40 days but my cycle came on day 27
