I waited a few months to write this review because I kept waiting for my daughter to wake up one day & announce that it’s not that comfortable. We have typically bought middle of the road priced but good quality mattresses over the years such as Stearns & Foster. We were super leery to purchase a mattress online without laying on it and for such a low price. However our daughter doesn’t weigh much so it seemed low risk to try one. I will say I was shocked at how heavy the mattress is and really had to wrestle it out of the packaging & onto my daughter’s new bed. It took very little time to fully “inflate” from being rolled into a log for shipping. I would call this a true medium soft mattress with a little bounce to it. It’s definitely not firm, definitely not too soft so as to let your lower back sway into an unhealthy position. It’s the perfect amount of support mixed with enough softness. It’s not a memory foam sinking feeling, just soft with a small bounce. After tons of research I might even consider this for our queen mattress replacement when our pure memory foam wears out. I realize now that memory foam alone is too hot no matter what they call it or claim it’s made from. It’s hot! This being a hybrid seems different so the inner springs must help dissipate heat compared to a 100% memory foam type. So we’ll see how long it lasts but for now she’s happy & loves her comfortable new bed so everyone is happy!! Yay!

Wow, what a time to live in when you can have such a comfortable bed delivered to your door for under $200! I needed an inexpensive mattress for a few months in a temporary home and pulled the trigger on this one. It ended up being a great purchase! The box it came in is on the heavier side, and maneuvering the mattress around once it starts unfurling can be challenging in tight spaces, so try and have it as close to the bed as possible. Once in place, the mattress unfurled and puffed up in a matter of hours. I didn't notice any strong smells, and I slept very comfortably that night. I would say it works best for side and back sleepers, but was OK sleeping on my stomach as well. The only caveat is that the manual says not to sit for too long on the edges / corners, and they indeed sink quite a bit if a lot of weight is placed on them. Overall, very happy with my purchase--so much so that a friend of mine ended up keeping the mattress after i no longer needed it.

This is a great mattress for the price & I recommend it especially if you're on a budget. My husband & I have slept on a memory foam mattress for about 3 yrs. (We lost our Sleep Number to a fire & couldn't afford to purchase another one). We both have had back surgeries & live with chronic back pain. The memory foam didn't help for sure! This is the first time we've tried a hybrid & it surpassed our expectations. We both sleep better & wake up with less pain. The biggest con is that it's heavy! We are seniors & just getting it in the house was a feat. Novella suggests turning it around once a month but there's no way we're going to try moving it again. I also suggest getting a thick mattress pad or topper. I can occasionally feel the wrapped coils. My back is very sensitive & sometimes it's hard to get comfortable when I first lay down, but once I settle in I sleep well.

I recently moved and I wasn't able to take my bedroom set. I sold it to a family friend who just lost everything in a home fire before I moved down thinking my bedroom set was too big for my new apartment. Plus I was in a position to help someone in need.I had to wait a month after moving as I moved to a city from the sticks. So the good old air mattress and I became close for a while. It did the job but when I got my new bed and mattress it was amazing. I didn't want to get out of bed in the morning for the first week it was so comfortable.For my first bed in a box, this is amazing.

Pardon my moving mess. But had to let you know this king size 12 inch mattress has completely changed our lives!! It had just been unwrapped when this photo was taken so it has the crease in it still. I had never ordered a mattress online but I felt comfortable considering the price.. my spouse likes extra firm but I like extra soft so I wanted something in between hoping it would serve us both. Well for the first time in our 12 year relationship we actually agree on a bed! We both say the same thing that we fall asleep faster, sleep more sound, less tossing and turning and wake up so refreshed. I am so blessed that this bed is mine and I get to sleep in it every night. It is absolute perfection for picky people. If you're searching for a mattress- well look no further and get this one. You'll be glad you did.

I was very hesitant to purchase a mattress on Amazon I’ve bought 2 other mattress’s in a box for 1200-2000 (brands that have their own websites) for a queen on sale and they were ok my husband hated the most expensive one. This mattress is perfect we both love it, very impressive it’s only been a couple weeks. I’ll update my review if anything changes. I would definitely buy another mattress and recommend to friends and family. I purchased this mattress with no incentive.

Corners never i flated. Has a big line inthe middle of the mattress. Not comfortable either

Did a lot of research and was concerned buying a mattress on line. I cannot say enough good things about this mattress. Easy to get in the room, because it is rolled up! Not to hard or soft, put a cotton mattress cover on it and it is perfect!!
