Q: My horn has an odd taste even after washing it. Will that go away over time?

It's a real horn so it's gonna smell and taste bad when you 1st get it. To get rid of his I recommend purchasing some apple vinegar from the store and leaving it in the horn over night or longer if you need to.

Q: Is the inside coated for drinking?

Unless the inside of the horn is coated with food grade varnish or beeswax it's just the raw inside of the horn. Untreated it stinks when wet because it is organic. Note that they don't say if it has been sterilized, just polished. Being polished simply means the inside isn't rough. If it stinks it hasn't been coated inside.
