My over 80 skin is soft and smooth with much decreased discoloration since using this product.I use is once a day after showering. It’s a bit pricy, but worth it.

Very nice product, light soft feminine smell. Not heavy, very rich and absorbs quickly into the skin not leaving you with that sticky feeling. You do feel a slight tingle on your skin for some time to come after applying so it's doing something! I can't say I have used it long enough to know if it does more then hydrate, nor irritate and make me feel fancy. We will find out...I am going to make an effort to use this product regularly and see if it helps the condition of my skin. Definitely an expression of self love.

This review is for the 7oz jar of Immortelle Shea Body Balm.Pros:- The glass jar is lovely – nice and sturdy and the shape of the jar combined with the gold lid is pleasing to look at.- There’s an inner foil safety seal under the gold lid so you know your product is new.- It smells amazing! A very pleasant botanical scent, although it’s strong.- Great texture. A thick, rich cream that glides easily over skin and is massaged in easily.Cons:- I think this product would benefit from some kind of shrinkwrap or sticker around the outer yellow carton to keep it closed. The jar is so heavy that it busts right through the little flaps on the carton and is prone to being damaged.- While I think the scent is pleasant, it’s also pretty strong/concentrated. If strong fragrances tend to give you headaches, you may find this one overwhelming.- This is advertised as being “without any greasy or sticky effect” – after application, my arms and neck don’t feel greasy but my fingers and the palms of my hands do. I know I can just wash my hands after application but it seems a shame to waste these great ingredients!I have fairly sensitive skin and haven’t experienced any adverse reactions yet, but I’ll update this review if that changes.This product was made in France and has a recommended shelf life of 12 months once opened.

I am very happy with this creme so far. It is light and feels amazing on my skin. I love the smell. It has a lovely fresh scent that I am really into. Most importantly though, I really feel it has improved the skin on my neck, which is where I have focused using it. I am in my 40s and my neck is starting to show it. It was starting to get a tad crepey. I really feel in the couple weeks I've used it on most mornings and nights that I can see a difference. My skin on my neck seems more youthful. I am going to keep using it and hopefully I get even more improvement. Thrilled that I gave this a try.

This jar of L’Occitane Body Balm is perfect in every way. First of all the jar is beautifully and uniquely shaped and is made of extremely thick and heavy glass. It looks elegant sitting on your counter. The opening of the jar is foil sealed, keeping the balm sanitary. The first thing I always do when I get a new skincare item is to smell it. This balm has a light, subtle fragrance…almost citrusy but really fresh and clean. The balm itself is creamy and absorbs into the skin quickly, leaving it feeling soft and hydrated. It contains essential oil, Shea butter and peptides. It seems like almost overnight the inside of my upper arms started getting a crepey look (how does that happen so fast?), so I applied the balm to that area immediately. I can’t wait to see improvement to the texture of my skin.
