Great quality lights
These just feel a whole lot better than other cheaper brands. Quality housing, wiring and real stainless steel hardware and mounts. Easy installation and installation they are bright! Installed four of these on my boat’s t-top and worth the money. Only con is that despite what the video says, it’s still made in China with US quality standards. Kinda misleading. Time will tell about its longevity. Had it for a few months with h numerous fishing trips and still working great!

sturdy build, right brightness
First a disclaimer: I have not installed these on my boat yet. However, I have tested them using a 12v power supply and they are very bright, true to the advertised lumen rating. Many sailors want spreader lights to be as bright as possible, but they should not be blinding nor should they draw too much amperage. These are just right for my spreader which is about 35 feet off the deck. The build quality appears to be excellent and they feel good and solid when handling. I'm outfitting my 47 foot boat to be offshore capable and these are consistent with the rest of the boat. One update: the wire leads on these are about 12". This is on the short side because it's going to require a splice to get from the spreader to the lead coming out of the mast. As we all know, the fewer splices the better. I gladly would have paid another $2 for 2 more feet of wire. Worst case scenario, it's too long for some applications and could be cut. Another update: these are now installed and I've used them a few times. These lights are excellent. Without being too bright, they illuminate the entire topside of my 47 foot boat to the extent I can work on things without needing a flashlight.

WOW!!!! I'M SOLD!
So even if we forget about the ip68 rating, the quality lens, superior paint and overall quality of this light.... for the money this is still the best, close in, flood [120 deg spreader] your going to find for the money! After an answered amazon question from both the seller and another user, i pulled the trigger and ordered 1. I am definitely impressed. I'm going to center mount it to my boat trailer for better view at night when retrieving and parking at home. Great product!!

Small footprint
I bought two lights to replace current lights on boat new to me. Stupidly I neglected to check that power was going to light. Duh. I have to rewire first. Looking forward to getting them working.
