I love when a product is as advertised. They are loud, easy to put up, and add a piece of mind. I will hear anyone coming into my house...intruders beware!!

These little alarms are great. They work for windows, doors, garage doors and I've also found other creative uses thanks to watching vloggers entrap Amazon package thieves.The technology on this is simple:1) Make sure the two sensors are together2) With sensors together, turn switch to "on"3) Separate the sensors and cover your ears (LOUD alarm squeals)4) Put sensors back together (sound stops); alternatively there is an off switch.This can be heard from far distances; much like a car alarm.With this concept, you can attach each side of the sensor to a door opening, window or even BOOBY TRAP AN AMAZON box in the event of potential theft.I first ordered these when I caught my HOA property manager going inside my garage. He was an absolute creep and I lost a lot of sleep at night. This alarm gave me peace of mind.Later, I was having repeated packages stolen from my patio. Twice in one week! Of course I got a camera. But in the meantime, I wanted to set up a glitter bomb trap with fart spray for the package thief who was running off with my packages. Unfortunately, that was too much engineering work for me.There are many videos of people making fake bait packages for thieves (worth a google search). One such video shows how you can use these magnets to give thieves a scare. The sound of these is VERY LOUD and jarring.For better or worse, I never got my moment of glory. The package thief never came back. I think the presence of my new video camera deterred them. BUT, if they ever took the bait, this would have been an awesome moment of victory caught on camera.These little things really work and are very loud.5 Stars! Great product. Great value. Zabree Door Window AlarmsWhile most alarms these days have electric and Wi-Fi/Smart controls, this one is battery powered. When cost, convivence, or urgency is needed, these alarm units are perfect. The alarm can be set so when a window or door is opened the loud persistent alarm siren sounds off for security. Another alternative is setting it to alarm-chime mode. This is an excellent way to monitor when a door or window is opened. This is an excellent way to monitor the safety-security of a young child, deviant teenager, or confused elderly parent. Great for cabinets, drawers or pool gates. Batteries are provided and easily accessible in hardware/big box stores. Easy to install. Simply remove the double-sided tape already secured to the alarm and magnet. Adhere the magnet and alarm close to each other in the proper side by side position. Pull the clear strip out of the battery compartment. Set the switch on the alarm to chime or siren. See provided instructions for details. Eight alarms are in an order. The products are manufactured well with no detectable flaws. Excellent value!

This product will be perfect if you have a 1/2” area for the magnet piece to adhere to. They are very loud too! Unfortunately my older house doesn’t have flat window sills or doors without weatherstripping so these do not allow the magnet to be used on top sill above alarm or anything more than 1/4” away. I suppose they may last longer on new windows and doors.

Really great alarm for any door or window to tell if it opened up for whatever reason. They are load so you can't miss it when something opens anywhere in your house. The only thing that I will say is that they won't work well on molding or any ridge so you have to install them in a way that allows them to sit perfectly flat. Very happy with these and definitely a great tool to know who is going in or out of a space.

First off, I have to provide a bit of background. I am a mom of 3 of the most mischievous, intelligent, and sneaky children on Earth. I know that most parents think this, but it really is true. We often buy a limited amount of "junk food" or "snack foods" for the week and I tell them that once the snacks are gone, they are gone. We went through several weeks of them finding where the snacks were hidden, eating them all or taking them without permission and then blaming their sibling. Since I work from home and my office is near the kitchen, I decided to order these and install them on the inside of the snack cabinet door. Biding my time, I told NO ONE and purchased the snacks and stored them as I normally would. Imagine their surprise when the youngest one opened the cabinet to sneak something out and the cabinet door started to WAIL. He was so shocked that he slammed the door shut and RAN. All of the kids now know the snack cabinet as "the screaming cabinet" and no more snacks have been stolen! I have been able to hand out treats and snacks at appropriate intervals and everyone is able to enjoy them together. I really love that how loud the alarm is and the fact that you can choose between two different alarm tones. I also love that you can switch the alarm off if you want and that it chirps to indicate that it is "armed" when you turn it back on. This was a great tool to be able to hold them accountable without using extreme measures.

The media could not be loaded.  I got these to put on my doors. They are extremely loud. They have a chime and an alarm. Both are uncomfortably loud (as an alarm should be).They're pretty small. They take 4 button batteries (provided).I did have a few of the small bars fall off after I put them up. They needed stronger adhesive.I like that these can be used even with inset doors or windows. The magnetic bar can pretty well be any shape install as long as it's not too far from the alarm unit.These are not inconspicuous. Also, they don't have a timer or remote. If you don't want it to go off every time you open your doors, you'll have to manually switch them on and off, which could become quite a chore if you have very many.
