I added to my smoothies daily although it was great just in a spoonful. I know there are tons of options online for purchasing sea moss. J do feel like I felt good while using this, but it also works motivated to drinking my green healthy smoothie everyday. I need to get another jar to make me motivated again. The smell is sweet. I believe I ordered the biggest size and wish it would've been bigger for the price. Seems like this product is pricier everywhere you look.

Im giving full stars on the size of jar! The taste is not good however I made it taste fabulous. I added Strawberry skinny syrup to jar snd now it tastes amazing. My favorite is the mango pineapple but the jar is 16 oz for the same price of the 24oz. Get your moneys worth and buy the bigger jar and customize your own flavor. Bonus is the 24oz jar is a reusable Mason jar.

I'm about to make my next purchase because we are almost out. Let me say I notice when I have it. And I found the best way to get my kids to eat it, peanut butter and jelly 🥪... I'll never buy fake jelly again. It's worth it. And it takes good. It's Sea moss so the texture is there but if you can't handle it add it to something. I actually put it in my warm lemon honey water when i had the flu and it made a huge difference. I was sick a day. Very sick. In the middle of the night had some sea moss and warm water and was not as bad the next day. I did garlic and celtic too. So it was a overload of nutrition at once. I LOVE it. And we did had the vitamin one. This time I'll try strawberry banana and the vitamin as usual. Get it, keep it on hand. It's definitely worth having.
