Heated Neck Brace was a game changer for me! Have had neck issues for years and am always on the prowl for something to bring relief. Combining the collar with heat is a wonderful thing. Within minutes of activating, the collar warmed up and provided heat just where I needed it the most. The brace is comfortable and easy to put on. Thank you for offering such a great product.

What a great little product. It's a comfortable fit, it heats great, plus it lifts my head enough that my hands stop tingling and get warm again. Definitely would recommend.

Works great for my neck as needed, my neck is often stiff and this really helps when needed, temperature is good, but could be a bit warmer on the high temp, would suggest to others.

Just like many other users say, it was great for two months but stopped working. The light is still working but no heat is generated. I had to throw it away!!

I really like this neck brace with heat. It really helps to alleviate neck pain.However, the cord shorts out after regular use, at least it did for me. Now it sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t. When I push the buttons on the switch, the settings of high, medium or low light up and turn on, then they flicker, turn off, and don’t put out any heat. If the company would ship me a replacement cord, so I can use this consistently, when needed, I would be willing to change my review to 5 stars.

My neck pain is mainly on the left side of my neck not the back. After looking at so many of the heated neck wraps that only provide a small heat patch on the back I finally found this one that heats around both sides of your neck as well as the back. What a difference it makes compared to anything else I've tried. I highly recommend this this neck brace.

This brace gave me the relief I needed while I slept and reduced my stiffness, supporting my cervical and spine. The heated pad was amazing.
