A great first set
Thirty-two different tiles that have magnets help provide children with early spatial orientation. There is a short guide that offers some ideas both 3D and 2D, but it is always better to give the students the set and find out what is going to happen. There are expected shapes (isosceles triangles, rectangles, squares, and right triangles). There are four special pieces allowing a square that looks like a divided window, one square with an arch way, and then two pieces that look like a four pronged rake to build battlements, spines, or other windows. One of the nice features: it came with a storage bag. A promising set.

Nice but small set
This set of magnetic tiles seems well made and as other have mentioned are compatible with other similar magnetic tile sets. It's a 32 piece set that comes in smaller box so a nice travel or on the go set or something to add to other sets.Overall a pretty standard tile set, but on the costlier side for a non Magna-Tile branded set which typically run cheaper.

Great set! Compatible with others
This is a great magnetic tile set. The tiles have vibrant colors and the set comes with a basic storage bag. Best of all, they match perfectly with the Tytan tile set we already have so kids can play with them all together. See the picture with two tiles side-by-side. The yellow tile is Geper brand and the blue tile is a Tytan. I tested the magnets, and these Geper tiles for sure have stronger magnets compared to the Tytans. This is a great set for the kids who love to build things. However, this set is on the expensive side at more than $30 for just 32 pieces.

Great quality, but deceiving pictures, only 32 pieces
The product is excellent, the magnets do hold together much better than the extra cheap versions, and the plastic is almost perfectly clear with vibrant colors. You only receive 32 pieces, check the lower description. The pictures all show extravagant towers, 70+ pieces, which is misleading, since the count isn't in the upper listing. I'm not bashing the product, but this seems intentional. For the price ($35) you can pick up actual name brand magna tile sets of the same quantity, or a 64-72 pack of knockoffs which work just as well, so shop around!

Excellent quality!
These are great! I have another set from another company, and these are the same quality. I had planned to have them for a gift, but my husband insists we need them! :-)I took one star off because there are better buys out there ... including one from the same company! At over a dollar a piece, this is pricey.

Recommend!
This toy is perfect to replace screen time for your children. Screen time can cause more harm than you might know. It causes harm in speech, and the brain and attention pans. This is a great alternative because it promotes fine motor skills which is a child ability to use their fingers. And it promotes brain development as children have to connect and solve and be creative to build houses and fit the pieces that go there. I’ve watched my daughter who is 2 play with these and her problem solving skills has surprised me as a parent! Take away the screens and give them this!!

Small set but quality item
There's nothing my little grandsons like better than building things, especially with magnetic tiles. They already have several sets of different magnetic tiles, but never have enough. This set has 32 tiles to add to their collection, and it is a very nice addition. This set comes with a storage bag too. These tiles are strong and thick and their magnets are strong. Yes there is a difference in magnetic tiles, and these are top of the line. There is a instruction book included and it will be used. However my grandsons also love to let their imaginations be their guide and incorporate the tiles with other small toys. In this day and age anything that keeps kids off of electronics is a winner because they finally get to use their imagination. These tiles can also be used for much smaller children to teach shapes, colors, and how to count. In my opinion this set makes a great gift as everyone wins especially when they let us play too!Don't laugh -- I've worked at an elementary school for years and there's always magnetic tiles in the learning center. I have seen many an adult building things with them during a break time when there were no children in the area, myself included!
