This is great for bleeding coolant systems and for diagnosing noises or anything else that needs a specific RPM. Slightly turning the knob increases or decreases the RPM to what you want. Assembles in 2 oeices that screw together and are secure.

I don't see how it's flimsy at all. On the contrary, it's quite substantial and will work as a throttle pedal positioner as well as a brake pedal depressor when changing brake fluid, so it serves 2 purposes with one tool and unlike the other commenters state, it's not flimsy at all. In fact it's very substantial and the rods are very rigid and the top (steering wheel) adjustment clamp is easy to use and position.I recommend it for changing brake fluid as well as a throttle pedal hold down - positioner.
