This bike is really good, suitable for the whole family, very good workmanship, very strong, and stable to ride. The resistance can also be adjusted, which is very convenient. Good starter bike.

Me and my partner are keen to have an indoor exercise equipment considering the current situation and have finally decided to have a cycling bike. This one is easy to assemble although we thought the instructions could be clearer. It has wheels on the bottom so it’s very easy to move around if you don’t have a proper fitness room/space. Both me (47kg) and my partner (80kg) feel comfortable and safe when riding. It also runs quietly which is very nice and there are different levels of resistance to increase the difficulty as we ride. There are a phone holder on the handle bar where we can place our phones and a built-in screen where we can check our status and track our progress during the workout. Yet, the fitness data showing on the screen is not always precise in comparison with the smartwatch, which is the only thing I personally think can be further improved. But overall, we quite like this one and its very nice for beginners.

An updated review after 3 months use … unfortunately I had done the same as all of the cheaper bikes seem to after a few months … starting to creak and squeak horrendously! The base bracket at the front is loose and the bolts won’t tighten or even undo! They are just spinning round and round so I can’t tighten it! I spent 2 hours trying to fix it yesterday with no joy.I was very diligent about looking after this bike, I wiped it down after every use, used silicon spray on the moving parts once a week but after 3 months I’ve had to buy a new one. This time, I’m investing in a decent one rather than these cheap bikes that have a really short life span.This bike was recommended by my spin teacher as a good budget bike and so far I’m very impressed! It’s super easy to assemble, incredibly comfortable - the seat is padded and lovely! A really good weight fly wheel means it’s very sturdy and is a lovely smooth ride! It’s great to have the extra support of the handlebars to stop them moving around. No creaks or squeaks yet .. time will tell with this! I’ve got through 3 cheap, nasty spin bikes this year which have been very unstable, very badly built and I have high hopes for this one!

It’s a really good exercise, it really surprised me! I bought it for myself, but end up my whole family are using it, and they all enjoy it. I am on it almost everyday, it’s summer holiday now, with two kids at home, I don’t have time to go out and do exercise, this indoor bike is awesome. it’s a heavy duty machine, it came in with a big box, I thought it gonna be a big job, but it was actually quite easy to assemble and easy to use, you can adjust the seat, and you can rotate the knob to adjust the resistance. The display has timer, distance, calories ,speed, so clear and so easy, I go to the gym 5 days a week before the pandemic, I use the spin bike a lot, I can say this bike is really good quality, as comfortable as the one in the gym, highly recommended!

I love this indoor bike !It was easy to install, very sturdy and comfortable. I am surprised with the quality. It has everything I need, phone holder, water bottle holder, LDC display which tells you the time, calorie and distance.You can adjust the seat, so everyone in your house can use it, even kids can. You can adjust the resistance as well to make it easy or hard.I am happy with this product!

All went together well and easy , seat is a bit uncomfortable and the angle of the seat can’t be altered the wheel tension seems to be wearing out quickly but still good for the price

At this special moment this indoor cycling bike just perfect for me, even my ten year older girl like to ride on it. Really easy to assemble. I took less then 20 mins to set up. I like watch movies during exercise time, the pad holder just great for me. The seat are very comfortable, you can easily adjust the high you need.Over all it's a great indoor cycling bike.
