Edited after modifications and refund: I was contacted by the seller's customer service team. They issued me a refund for the issues I was having with the unit. I really appreciate the amazing customer service. I am changing my rating to 5 stars.Original rating: Missing holes in the top. Does not work with printer like this. I didn’t open the box until the return window had passed. I was able to drill the holes I needed, and now the unit is functioning. It took a little extra effort, but at least it not useless now.
