I was already taking over the counter Vit D supplement before taking Omax Vit D as this came as a gift when I ordered Omax 3.And of course, my oncologist said it is fine. My breast cancer pill that I have to take for another 3 years is not bone friendly, therefore I need all the help I can get. So far so good for me at this time. I signed up for monthly delivery already

Easy to swallow good source of vitamin D
I get this vitamin D supplement monthly using my subscribe & save. Seems to work well and isn’t hard to swallow. No taste which is good!
