This pan is a lifesaver! I always look forward to cooking my pancakes with it. I eat about 16 of those-sized pancakes a day! Thank you for creating this product. It's easy to clean as well!

I'm always hesitant and don't feel the need to buy these types of items. I mean what's the big deal to make pancakes in a flat pan. But when I saw the price and the ease it advertised I felt I had to give it a try.I'm so happy I did! I never realized how time consuming and unappetizing my previous pancakes would come out when made in a regular flat pan, compared to the ones I made with this "Gourmia Blini Pan".Start to finish, the ease and appearance were impeccable. Never was I able to have all the pancakes come out the same shape and there was no issue of any of the pancakes getting stuck together while cooking, as it has 4 built in molds. Their texture and fluffiness really gave them a professional look.Once done making the pancakes and enjoying them with my children (which they devoured), I didn't have to worry about the daunting task of cleaning the pan as it was a simple job, since the pan seemed to not hold any food residue or have any black stain marks from cooking.I'm so impressed with this pan and look forward to making pancakes more often and also using it for other food creations.As the saying goes once you go "(Gourmia) Pancake Pan" you never go back, and I can't imagine cooking pancakes any other way.

I ordered this a few days ago, and yesterday it was delivered in good packaging. I decided to try it out as I was asked if I was happy with my purchase. Well, for first attempt, the pancakes turned out pretty good. I kept the pan heated on a medium heat and our pancakes turned out perfectly. I had a little trouble flipping them over, but that is just me. I guess I need a little more practice. The second time around was way better and flipping them over was a bit easier. On both attempts our pancakes were cooked evenly, with a lovely golden brown. They didn't stick at all, but the best part was, my kids loved them. They loved the size of the pancakes and liked that they didn't have to wait long. For me it was way easier and convenient to use this pan, making 7 little pancakes at a time. Clean up was very easy. I let the pan cool down and literally wiped it over with a clean damp cloth. So glad I ordered this. Its a great product! Will definitely order this brand again.

We had loftier dreams about using this for uniform eggs and pancakes. Easy of use is a lower rating due to the flipping breakfast items from a sunken section as compared to slipping a spatula under on a flat pan. That said, we're keeping it because of the price-point and that we do find it useful for making breakfast sandwich eggs, stopping eggs from running into each other, and pancakes on occasion. It's lightweight, easy to clean, and the non-stick surface has held up well.

This pan = WOW. I rely so much on Amazon reviews by others and purchase so many things, I thought I would finaly contribute :)This pan is soooo good, it had to be my first one! I have 4 year old twins and house guests frequently, so I make homemade pancakes A LOT. When I realized my kiddos loved silver dollar size and ate that kind without syrup, I started using 2 pans to make 7, freely shaping them on my own and freezing the remaining. It was a time killer for sure. Then I wanted to freeze a ton like I do homemade waffles and needed a quicker method. This pan does the trick! Extremely non stick and heats fairly evenly (I have a gas range). I use almost low heat (in the photos used a little too high at first), spray can oil, then take a paper towel and wipe through, fill batter about 2/3 full and when I see bubbles or edges dry, I flip with whatever utensil on hand. MY TIP: fill the middle one LAST. Then I butter and freeze. The only way to eat frozen pancakes is from a homemade batter (odd texture to me if from a box) and this pan saved my time in making a large number and hence saved me time in the morning rush for school!

Scratches found on the pan

I’ve been known to always mess up pancakes, so I got this pan. I was skepticle at first, and I am so in love with it. I didn’t have to grease it and to flip them was so easy. Didn’t have a problem with sticking at all. It makes the most beautiful pancakes I almost cried because it legit looks like it uses an airbrush foundation and even my skin doesn’t look at flawless as these pancakes. JUST LOOK AT THEM. BTW, I did use a very low setting for heat, out of heat settings of 10 I used 3, and I flipped the pancakes over after they looked golden.

I bought the version that supports induction cooktops. Works well, but it is NOT non-stick despite what the product description says. Eggs cooked in it will stick.

Very cute product for producing fun smiley-face pancakes for the kids. Non-stick surface is excellent. I found it easiest to use a tiny spatula, or even a palette knife, to flip the pancakes. Once I assessed how much batter was the right amount, I used an ice cream scoop to get the perfect quantity every time. Cleans easily, no scrubbing at all.
