It is best that you bleach or strip your hair before using any vivid color, you get the best results that way, but you can use it over your existing color as long as your not dark then it will show up, just not as vibrant. I bleach mine first, awesome blue color, and always complimented on my hair

Q: How tubes do i need for long hair?

My kid has thick waist length hair and we use at least three tubes. (And that’s if it’s only one color!)

Q: Does it bleed out? like when you're laying on a pillow.

The locked in does not bleed like the other one. It bleeds a little when you shampoo the first time or two but that's it.
