Does not fit without major modification....
Box is built well ... but you'll need to cut out your carpet and all the padding, hammer the. Enter hump down a bit , pull the carpet off the padding and put just the carpet back in so the box doesn't rattle. And remove the jack studs from under the seat if you want it to sit right . Otherwise you won't have enough clearance for the speakers.

Doesn’t fit
Sticks far out from the seat on the double cab and the depth that they advertise is FAR off! You can’t fit more than 4-5” deep subwoofers.
