Arrived when expected and suitably packaged so no transit damage.Looks OK and I'm sure it will do the job but to be honest it's clearly more lightweight and less sturdy than a 3-tier 5-tray one I have had for 30+ years.As I'm now retired my tools see a lot less action than they used to however I suspect I may end up replacing with nuts and bolts some of the rivets used on the mechanism of this box but time will tell.For the price I'm happy and if it's for hobbyist or d.i.y. rather than everyday use then it's likely you would be too.Edited to add:Well after 4+ years of use it's still in excellent order.I store my less often used items in it and it's proved ideal for that.The 8 trays mean I can easily see what I'm looking for.Only downside I suppose is the tray are a little bit shallow as can be seen in the picture.Nevertheless I remain very happy with it and am considering buying another as I keep collecting tools!

My old plastic one had the handle on the lid which separated from the body and this new metal one will not have this problem. However, if I put tools that are heavy in the side 6 sections it can make closing the toolbox difficult - you need two hands to line the sides up. Otherwise very happy

Good box for the money

For the price good value. I use for modelling tools and sundries so nothing bulky or heavy I do not think it would be strong enough for standard tools.

£20 for a toolbox is great value for money, however, it's severely let down by the paint job. There are numerous places which are missing paint, and heavy/light smears of paint on the base. Will have to cover the bare metal with clear nail varnish or something. Obviously no quality control here. Made on the cheap to sell cheap. Either that or these are rejects.

How anyone can complain about the quality of this tool box is beyond me. It's brilliant value for money and alot bigger than I was expecting. If you want superior quality then I'm afraid you're going to have to pay for its as simple as that. If you want a good value tool box to keep in your garage or shed that doesn't cost the earth then you've found it. Definitely recommend for the money. Great service from China. Well worth the money

I am a DIY enthusiast and this has been excellent for organising my most frequently used hand tools. It is sturdy enough and has ample trays for my needs. The metal is not particularly thick and the corners a bit angular (don't catch it on the wallpaper!), but for the price you can't go wrong!
