First, this is such a low price item because, as stated, it ships from China. So, if you thinking of ordering, this is one where you would do better to purchase a few as gifts and ship together for a lower shipping cost per item, such that the shipper will package them in a box, not a mailer. I ordered five, two for me and three for gifts, all in one order with only slightly higher shipping than for only one item and, essentially, for the cost of only one of these rollers from a competing vendor. As stated in other reviews, I don't have money, so this made a huge impact in my ability to purchase and was a real help to my family when it came to purchasing gifts on top of what I needed.My five were packaged in a box that could have held six. They were bubble wrapped for protection, in a slightly thinner cardboard box, of the type they use in China, not the super thick cardboard we are all used to, but thick enough to provide much more protection than a mailer. All five arrived in perfect condition, rolling well, unbroken and not cracked. The finish was as pictured, gold with beautiful rose quartz. They work as described. We can't use Jade in our family because half of us are either allergic or sensitive to Aluminum, found in high concentration in Jade. Rose Quartz is virtually Aluminum-free (pure would have none but pure is virtually impossible in nature) and we found that these don't irritate our skin and are very pleasant to use.Overall, this is a great item that works as described and is attractive and easy to clean. The only caveat is shipping safety, where purchasing five or six will aid in getting your roller in one piece. I hope this helps you. Good luck in finding the right product to meet your needs.

I was very surprised by this little contraption. It’s quality far beat my expectation. It does wonders for the skin, and I can already tell after a few uses!! I use jojoba mostly... sometimes olive, carrot or pomegranate oil. :)

This is awesome! Much better quality than a jade roller I purchased from a different seller. It's quiet and feels luxurious.

The roller itself is a good quailty little thing for the money; that said it's had pretty negligible effects on my skin. I use it at night after my full skincare regimen. I watched a youtube video from Violet Grey for a great how-to, but I haven't noticed any changes in the size of my pore or texture of my skin. What I have noticed is the deep sigh I let out as I roll this baby over my face. Whatever else it *doesn't* do, the massaging action definitely feels very, very nice at the end of a long day. And this pink baby couldn't be prettier.

Absolutely beautiful! Exactly what I was looking for. And they even sent a small lil rose quarts heart. Such a wonderful surprise. I would definitely recommend this product.

Love this roller. I use it every morning and night. I can tell my skin is getting firmer.

It’s smooth to the touch and was given a small complimentary stone .I didn’t like the fact that it’s slightly noisy .Quality was good .I think I will consider getting the rose quartz gua Sha for the eyes
