Screaming about it!
Love this product. Very easy to use. Switching between tones is very easy. Software crashed a few times but is now very stable. Just plug and play. Bought to scare delivery people. Put a blood-curdling scream as the tone. Works beautifully.

Failed again and for same reason
The original unit failed after a few days - taking the batteries out and reinserting got it going again but only for a few weeks. I returned it and got a replacement which has now failed again in exactly the same way. I’ve had a Siemens doorbell before and that was great – but this model clearly has a fault in the design of the electrics somewhere.UPDATE: I asked for a refund but this has been ignored by the seller.....

Description is deceptive
Heads-up for anyone thinking of buying this, the description is wrong, it states "1 x wirefree speaker powered by plug" this is false, it is battery powered only. Very disappointed.

This is the worst Door Bell in the world.
This is the worst Door Bell in the world. You would think with the Siemens on you would get a quality item.... Nope this is rubbish. On installing the back plate for the push bell was faulty after purchasing another it wanted to play One Song about Xmas it would not change to anything else. Plugged into PC and software program would not talk to iTunes or any Music file. This has taken way to much time out of my life with no resolution. AVOID THIS ITEM!
