I only recently started cooking with this spice but I'm in love with it. This brand is really impressive in terms of their quality. I buy other herbs and spices and blends from them as well.

I really like this, you can basically use it in any dish. It adds a nice flavor without being too spicy.

I now use this frequently, in all kinds of dishes. I found it while researching Lebanese and Palestinian recipes. I was excited to support this family owned company.

I don't like foods that are so spicy that I can't taste them or that I need something to rinse my mouth. I tried this pepper first by dabbing it on my tongue and I did feel some extreme heat but when I use it to cook, it's barely noticeable and adds just enough zip to my sauces and other dishes that I find myself using it on just about everything now. I really like this. I'm still boggled how it can be so hot on my tongue but not in my food.

Is a good spice, is spicy, so be careful when use it.
