Too good
The stall force is impossible to meet which is perfect, you can get as deep as you'd like.Battery life is decent but I wish they continued to send with 2 batteries because after a year then battery became faulty and only has a 3 month warranty...Very easy to use, the case is too small though because you have to adjust gun head for it to fit.Quality is insane but fingerprints and scratches do show easily. It's one of the best on the market, price is high but health is wealth, I would say it's worth the money for example, headphones are ÂŁ300 and this is 400-500 but you use your body everyday.

SOME CLARIFICATION RE THE WARRANTY
Before I'd finally decided this model/make was the one to keep, I needed to clarify that I was definitely getting the full 2 year warranty from Therabody... The bottom line (which I eventually got in black and white) is that if the gun is bought from Therabody's official seller on Amazon - Theragun Store - then you do get the full 2 year warranty! It seems that people who are writing bad reviews about this subject, have either bought from unofficial suppliers, or have not bothered to go to the effort of actually getting the correct answer from Therabody! The reason I have given four stars not five, is because of how difficult I have found it to get a simple definitive answer to my questions from Therabody. I particularly dislike when companies only have e-mail as their support contact (their page shows a Live Chat, but I never got that to work). A five minute phone call discussing a topic would eliviate days and days of to-ing and fro-ing when done via e-mail - especially if there is (it would seem) to be a language barrier, and I can only reply when I'm home from work. What was really getting my goat, was that I would ask a question; get a 'polititian's' type of answer, that just did not answer what I had asked from the respondent. I would then ask again (trying to be a clear as possible) only to get another vague answer but from someone else. Then I would ask again, requesting a straightforward yes or no, only to get a response from yet another person! Amazon's Extended Christmas Returns Policy, and the opportunity to return it if I was not getting the 2 years cover, had actually run out by the time I finally got the answer that the warranty is definitely 2 years! Yes, it took that long!!!!!!!!Then (God, is there really more?!), I got onto the discussion that there was a small issue with the gun - the USB C cable was defective. I will say, that by now (particularly as I had insisted just one operative dealt with me) this issue and what I would need to do, was dealt with very quickly. Stupidly though, the entire boxed gun has to be returned (posted free) and a brand new boxed gun, once they verify via different departments they have the old one, is posted back. This took over a week - and all because of a cable!Anyway, rant over. I went through all this rigmarole because I did feel that the quality of the massage gun is definitely top-notch and I love using it. It's just a shame that they don't keep a supply of simple spares for warranty issues. Now I just need to wait for them (or an oriental copier, it that's the only option) to offer spare batteries for the Gen5...

Battery failed
Worked well for 2 months, and charge lasted for that amount of time. When I put it to charge for the first time, it still shows as 0% and and Theragun are refusing to solve the issue as the seller is a third party seller simply using the “Theragun” name, and not the theragun store they claimed to be.A lot of money gone.

Battery no longer works
If this product was fully functional, it would be a five star review. However, the battery after a couple of months of use (let’s call it once or twice a week) is almost completely dead and never gets past a 33% charge, which then runs out very quickly.I’ve found the sellers replies to my requests very unhelpful, simply saying they’re sorting it, but not giving me a date of when to expect a replacement. Given the amount of money this has cost, I wouldn’t trust this seller at all and suggest you buy this direct or some other channel. Very disappointed given I have an injury which this genuinely does help on.

Poor Quality
Dire Company, Poor Product QualityFirst of all the theragun pro was great for a little over 2 months. Then one battery won't charge, contacted the dire customer support "sorry we don't replace parts like batteries or chargers you will have to send the whole unit back" What kind of company doesn't hold spare consumables? So I then said if I'm just sending it back I'll have a full refund as it's not fit for purpose and whilst I'm without the machine for simply changing a faulty battery I may as well be refunded and buy something more reliable"sorry we can't refund you for a faulty product after 2 months!”This company is shocking, for such expensive high end gear they don't carry consumables spare parts for replacement, they don't refund after 2 months for a faulty product and their customer service script readers are abysmal.Nothing but cheap rebranded low grade rubbish made in China sold at a premium.Theft by deception, premium price as it's marketed well, but cheaply made product which has no longevity, stear clear of this company!!!!
