I got this grooming kit in an effort to save money on taking my dog to the groomer. She's old and gets super stressed when she has to get groomed, so I figured I'd start learning how to groom her at home. My husband used to cut hair and gave her a fresh clean fade with this kit lmao. It was super easy given that it was wireless and my pup wasn't shaking at all, which was great since that signaled to us that she was actual relaxed with us using this clipper. The only thing is that the first clipper we received did not power on at all, but customer service took care of us quickly and got us a replacement asap.

Clippers worked great at first...for maybe 5 times. Then, in the middle of using them, the blades just stopped working. The display still read 70% and I could change it from H to L, but the blades wouldn't move. I even tried to charge it all the way and let it rest in case it was too hot (it wasn't), but it won't move. The blades work if I put them on a different handpiece, though, so I'm sure a fuse in this one burnt out. Not great for a product that is less than 6 months old and was only used a handful of times.The instruction booklet says there is a 2 year warranty so I reached out to the email address, but still have not heard anything back.

I purchased these to groom our Maltese. She has very thick, curly fur, and she's not easy to groom. Our last clippers were a $100 pair of Wahl's that didn't even last through one grooming, so I wasn't optimistic about a $20 cordless clipper, but here's how I feel about them:First, they seem to be well made, and don't have that cheap Chinese crap feel. Upon arrival, they were 50% charged, and using the supplied cable, I had them fully charged in about one hour.Started grooming Bella, and these things are super quiet on both low and high speeds. I would have liked to see them come with a #1/2 guard, but #1 was the smallest which was a bit too big for her curls. Running it without a guard with the depth set to maximum, we set to grooming!These cut amazingly well and high speed cut through the tangles and curls with little effort.A couple of things here that kept them from 5 stars. First, the top cutting blade is made from some type of plastic, presumably ABS, but I would have preferred to see stainless steel. Second, for me, the placement of the power/speed button could have been better, as it's right in the top middle of the clippers, and I hit it several times as it's right under my thumb while I use them. Not a huge deal, but somewhere toward the back may have been better. Also, the scissors mine came with were horrible, and wouldn't cut ANYTHING.Battery life seems to be good as it was still 90% after about 35 minutes of grooming.All in all, so far I am very happy with them, and am pleasantly surprised with how well they performed.I'll update this review in the future if needed.

I was pleasantly surprised by the heaviness in buzzer. Works well and has a lot of pieces. My dogs are happy!! Haven't tried in cats yet because it’s not very quite . But lower than most buzzers.

They worked poorly and died had it only used a couple times it was not a good product for a doodle maybe for a little dog with thin straight hair

I’m a professional dog groomer of many years. I never expect these cheap clippers to last more than a few months but I do expect them to do the bare minimum light work that I bought them for. I only purchased this because my WAHL Arco clipper crapped out and I’m done buying an expensive clipper for light work when I can get a clipper for $20 on Amazon that does the job for a few months. I can replace that every few months and still save money. I ONLY use an adjustable blade clipper for pads, sanitary, ears. That is it, but this clipper can’t even power through a foot pad and is even slow on a sanitary clip. Never in my 20 years as a groomer have I experienced an adjustable blade clipper as poor as this one. DO NOT buy this! It’s literally good for nothing. I can’t even replace it now so it was a waste.
