Easy to Digest
I was nervous when the serving suggestion indicated 6 pills but thankfully these are small and easy to swallow.Trace Minerals are something I actively try to keep in my diet however a few months ago I fell of my routine and started feeling off. I was cramping, like charlie horse type cramps, feeling kind of disengaged in my thoughts and a bit shaky. I keep a clean diet but regardless our foods are void of necessary minerals. Recently I had a blood analysis and was told that the difference in my blood cells was evident from my older blood to my newer blood in the presence of essential minerals. I do feel these benefit me especially during periods where I loose so much from sweating. I'm an advocate of trace minerals and the added bee pollen in this product excites me as I deal with seasonal allergies. Taking trace minerals every day has had the allowed me to feel more hydrated, engaged, ready to go and bye bye cramps.

Quality Supplement
I have used some Trace Minerals brands products in the past and all have been good quality. With the higher temps of spring here and soon to be summer, maintaining adequate levels of trace minerals is critically important. This supplement covers a lot of bases.I was glad to see the magnesium is in the form of magnesium glycinate, which is much more easily absorbed that some types of magnesium. There are no fillers, preservatives, or flow agents in this supplement ... just the listed active ingredients and the capsule. With a suggested daily serving of six capsules, one bottle will only last for a month... so this is a little pricey. That said, it is a quality product and if you deficient in trace minerals, you may see a huge health improvement.

A Marvelous Source for Trace Minerals -- but Please Be Aware of Sodium Levels
It doesn't take a nutritionist to tell you that Western diets often lack essential nutrients -- especially minerals, which have been depleted by heavy chemical use in modern soils. While it's easy to replace a lot of the major vitamins such as A, C, D and E, what often gets overlooked are the trace elements that can affect our health in crucial ways. Adding them back is usually a fairly arduous and often expensive task. Which is why, I suppose, many people forgo the attempt. This supplement is intriguing for many reasons, primarily for the broad-spectrum approach it takes. Kelp, bee pollen, sea salt and ConcenTrace Complex are sourced to provide in one swoop a broad array of those missing elements. With one serving, you can supply many if not most of those vital factors that we lack. It's a bold approach, and highly commendable.I just have a couple concerns I want to mention: 1) six capsules per serving is a lot. Even though the capsules are small and easy-to-swallow, one bottle of 180 only equates to a month's supply, averaging about $1/day. That's not overly expensive, but it does add up to being a lot to swallow (pun intended).2) I'm not sure if too many Westerners are truly lacking in sodium. While the purity of the source matters, adding in an additional 600+ milligrams of sodium per day on top of whatever you're consuming in the diet seems a bit overkill to me. I don't really think of salt as a rare trace mineral in the modern, industrialized world. Perhaps you think differently.3) The capsules are made from gelatin, which means vegans and vegetarians need to take note. Vegans will already be put off by the inclusion of bee pollen. But gelatin capsules are a deal breaker for vegans and vegetarians alike. Please check the label in either case.So while I'm a big fan of said full-spectrum approach, and find the range of trace minerals included in this single supplement impressive to say the least, I have my concerns about the level of sodium and also the need to take six capsules per day. I might take two at most. We're talking TRACE minerals after all.Definitely a supplement to keep in mind, especially if you're suffering from energy issues. But there is a lot here to consider before adding it into your routine.

Great product but might not be balanced just right
I too agree with some of the sodium comments but not so much on the Magnesium issue that many are posting. While the 6 capsules seems excessive (not for me but for many) , the other side of the coin is to take half the dosage for instance. It will stretch out your quantity and help you regulate the amount of minerals. I think this supplement is just a matter of preference.

6 a day?!
These trees mineral supplements were easy to swallow, but some of the ingredients are questionable. Compared to other daily supplements I take the size of the pills were easy to digest, however, after looking at the lack of potassium and extra magnesium. I also question how much sodium content is needed in these pills. I have noticed improvement in my daily functions after taking these pills however, I am not sure that I want to take the daily serving of six pills a day.
