I've used it everyday for 30 minutes at the harder setting which is just right for me. I initially had issues where I kept hitting the front of the rowing machine having been used to rowers in the gym that were longer and had more space to travel closer to where your feet are planted but I soon got into a rhythm of stopping just short. Not an issue, as the length of the rower is just right for the small space that it's in.

liked:- cost for rower- wide resistance levels which are discernibly different in providing resistance- extremely smooth seat movement- smooth and quiet rowing action- large display so you can see the numbers easily enoughdidn't like- very little- my only negative comment is the that the display looks like it has 5 buttons but 4 of them don't do anything. It would have been easy enough I would have though to assign a function to each button to make use of the physical features of the display.- some might want strokes per minute information which isn't present although it does record time and number of strokes so you could work out if you were inclined.- phone stand is a bit narrow if you have a thick phone, it may not hold. The positioning of the shelf for the phone needs a rethink as it covers your display so you can't watch your phone and see your rowing stats at the same time.overall very chuffed at the purchase as a beginner rower looking to increase fitness for me and the whole family. Good piece of equipment which when combined with doing press-ups exercises 100% of your muscle apparently!

Easy to assemble but needs 2 people. Great sturdy peice of equipment and easy to use.

I am looking to start a home gym, so this rowing machine was a great choice for me. The parts came neatly organised and were easy to put together. Each screw had its slot and marking, which made the assembly a piece of cake. It is adjustable with many levels of resistance for a light or intense workout, the maximum setting is 15, which is not too intense, however after 30 minutes of rowing I was exhausted. Rowing has many benefits, such as helping you build endurance and strengthen your body. It engages the whole body and that's why when picking a machine, I decided to get a rower. The performance monitor that tracks basic metrics such as distance, strokes, calories, etc is also a great addition. Last but not least, it barely takes up any space, can be left standing on its base. Overall this rowing machine will came in handy to keep in shape from the comfort of our own home. Happy with this purchase.

The media could not be loaded.  My main concerns was the length of the leg room. Which was an issue on the past with rowing machine.This one has plenty leg room suits me perfectly. Need to mention it came in compact packed packaging. It needed assembly, which took as around 20-25 minutes . Assembly part was quite easy as it did not had many parts to put together and in same time assembly manual was quite easy to follow.Unit has wide legs which very stable even when rowing on fast speed it still stable and doesn’t make me chu friction noises.Good to have in house as it’s quite even when set to highest resistance level.In front side it has small wheels which makes them very manoeuvrable if needed to move around.So far very happy with it’s performance and size.

Very easy to build, I built it alone with only 1 issue, I put the front roller on back to front. As someone under 5 foot it’s great despite not being able to get much distance backwards I love it and would highly recommend

This machine is excellent quality, I read all of the reviews, not just on Amazon before buying.. I'm no weakling, but this is a heavy piece of kit.. when the driver dropped off the box..huge... I struggled to get it in the house.. you'll need two people if you need to initially carry it into situ.. I ended up unpacking it and taking it in pieces upstairs to the room I was using..Everything is sellotaped double!!Instructions are clear for assembly, all the nuts and bolts are preassembled,and sellotaped again to a card numbered.. it took me an hour.. all in all worthwhile.. no regrets..

This is a fantastic budget rowing machine. Cheaper in price but performs like a rowing machine way above it's price range. The digital display is very basic, but what saves it, is it's easy to read from distance and it auto cycles through stroke count, calories burned, distance and time. It's extremely comfortable which is great for long workouts of an hour plus. It's easy to assemble and couldn't be easier to store as it stores standing up; so no folding required.
