Perfect fan for “Boots on the Ground “ line dance! Well made with plastic ribs and nylon material. Stands up to multiple uses, loud clack and good for fanning, too. I’ve bought two sets and all the people love them!

Not for painting
I bought these to custom paint for a party. One of the photos said it's suitable for painting, unfortunately that is not true. It is a nylon like material and does not take the paint very well. The fans are nice otherwise, but if you planned to customize them it's not a great choice.
