Great all round phone, excellent value
I am very impressed with this phone for the price.Pros:Great battery lifeNFC for google payIP68 protection, no need to add a case as it's rugged and protected out of the boxRuns near stock android 10 without any noticeable bloatware (unlike the Samsung I had)Fingerprint and face unlock, which both work wellDecent display, it's not super amoled but then neither are my eyesDecent performance, no noticeable lag considering the chipset.Cons:Cameras are average, ok in daylight, pretty grainy in lowlight - but them its £100 so what do you expectNo wireless chargingOverall I think this is an excellent phone that works perfectly as a day to day advice, if you want amazing screen, gaming chipset, award winning cameras then it's not for you - lash out the guts of a grand and get a flagship phone. If you want a rugged reliable cheap phone to keep in touch via whatsapp, facebook, texts and calls with browsing when required then I'd say this is a good bet. You wont be too upset if you do lose it or it gets damaged but it seems very robust so I think you'd have to be trying pretty hard to damage it.

Great as a Motorbike Sat Nav
I ordered this with only 1 purpose in mind, to be my new Sat Nav for my motorcycle.Having used dedicated Sat Nav units for years I needed to do an upgrade and they're really quite expensive now for motorcycle specific ones, so I thought the time had come to make the switch to using a Sat Nav app on a phone instead, but the problem was that phones are generally not rugged enough to deal with the weather and adverse conditions you can face on a bike. I have now set up this phone with Calimoto and Sygic, two Sat Nav apps, and mounted it on a RAM X-Grip connected to a RAM stem bolt and it works beautifully. This phone is rugged enough to deal with the conditions on a bike, it's waterproof, it can deal with extreme heat, and vibrations. The phone itself is well built, definitely feels solid to me and exactly what I was looking for, I'm very pleased with the build quality, the performance, and the GPS seems good and easily able to connect and hold a signal. I don't know what the phone capabilities are like because I haven't included a SIM in it, it's purely acting as a "dumb" device running Sat Nav software which I run in offline maps mode and update on Wi-Fi when back home.Big thumbs up from me. If you are considering a rugged phone, I strongly recommend this.

A good value 'phone, but instructions that are not worth tghe paper that they are written on.
The 'phone is well made and good value, although the battery life could be better. Don't rely on an instruction booklet however. All that is in it is very basic information - how to make a call, send a text or take a photo. Even I can work that out without an instruction booklet ! No explanation of more complicated functions and apps. The online instructions are identical and I cannot find any helpful clip[s on YouTube.

Very tough, good value for money
Upgraded from the armor 5 and this phone has a much better 'in hand' feel than its predecessor. Battery doesn't last quite as long as the previous phone, but it charges twice as fast so no complaints. Bought for an archaeologist who goes through phones like the rest of us go through tissues, this rugged piece of kit is exactly what's required. Just pay heed to the warnings to check the usb plugs, as it was water damage that took the armor 5. Great cameras, can cope with any apps we've tried and I'm still amazed at the value for money.

Tough, rugged, battery life so-so
I've had this for a year and it's been good.My only quibble is the camera. A claimed 15GB, but my old S-E 8GB is better than this. That said, it's an ok camera in daylight, but starts to fall down in less brightly lit situations, getting very grainy.I've dropped it a couple of times, with no ill effect, and it's got wet on a few occasions, in my pocket, but it's not bothered it so far.Battery life is OK, but not outstanding. I tend to turn off everything I don't need, to get the max life from a charge. I find it goes down about 10% per day, so realistically I can get a full week out of a charge, which isn't bad. The battery is hard-wired in, but perhaps by the time it needs replaced there will be somebody offering to do it for a reasonable price.Of course, by the time the battery needs replaced, the phone will be well out of date anyway, and I might just buy another (or its successor).
