MyBuildMyBuild Mecha Frame Keiji 5005 - Blue Robot Armor Mech Suit, Sci-Fi Building Bricks Mech Building Kit

My brother loves building robots so I'm always looking out for fun little kits to gift him. Staying away from intricate models. This one is perfect, enough parts to look rad but not so many it takes longer than an afternoon break to assemble. Eventually I'll probably get all of them since when you combine the different robots they make new, bigger robots. Along those lines I'd like to see some "expansion packs" for each bot that allows for even more combinations and freestyling... but yeah,it's lego compatible so just have to get imaginative there.

This mecha has great degrees of freedom of movement and very suitable for making stop-motion videos. This is his second mecha made by MyBuild and the quality is excellent and holds up very well. He is looking forward to collect more.

Ordered this Mecha robot for friend's son's 8 year old birthday. He Loves it so much :) and loves DIY making all kinds of robots! Would recommend this great product to anyone who has kids or loves the challenge building a robot. Received package 2 days later, no problem! However the only negative thing was that Amazon shipped the box in slightly padded envelope... this could have improved if it was packaged in a box.

It's a great little kit! The bricks are very close to Lego quality and it was fun to put together. I bought both this and the RITA 5006 Mecha kits. They both came with some little grey triangle parts that i didn't see anywhere in the instructions. The only thing that I would like to see differently in these kits is make them more army mech like. Loose the big blocky axe and sword and get some guns. I also would like to see mini figures included like the older kits and maybe a more realistic design in the hands.All in all a great, fun kit.

I bought the three pack of these Mybuild robots. the red one was missing 3 key pieces. This was a Birthday gift for my 11yo. He was very disappointed to be missing pieces but was happy with the product. He specifically asked me to buy these for his birthday. I typically will not buy a non lego style toy. However these were actually very well built and directions were easy. I will buy more of these for my son. He is a huge lego fan and these work great with lego. I would definitely buy again, but cautious due to missing pieces.

Awesome set, super posable, looks great. Lego "compatible", but the bricks included are of very good quality. Hatch opens and has room for a Lego size Minifigures.

Love this set. The ability to change it up as I want is great. Now just trying to turn it into a gundam. Could use a slightly bigger cockpit area but really not complaining.

got it for my son, he really enjoyed building it (with some help from his older brother) and playing it against the red Mecha Frame robot. The pieces are tight which is good for posing and playing, but will require some help from older siblings or others with stronger fingers than a 5 year old. They liked the fact that you can put pilot inside the chest. Great build and very ingenious design. Will look for newer ones as they are produced to stand next to the red and blue ones.

Also, this is one of my favorite designs of the series.Really good design (simple but effective), and fully posable. Great for animation. The only detail, the long sword pieces are slightly bend... a shame..

Very clever idea robot/mech/Lego loving son loved it. Although there were a lot of the bricks missing so had to make up the build as I went along. Disappointing as would expect all the parts to be there!

Premetto che mancano de pezzi su 4 set presi, ma quei due pezzi sono il sostegno delle braccia di questo 5005.Se non fossi stato un appassionato dei modellini lego probabilmente avrei un KEIJI senza braccia.. Fortunatamente avevo due pin di scorta quasi adattabili che mi ha permesso di completare il mecha.Il prodotto è buono in qualità e movimenti anche se non perfettamente adattabile ai prodotti Lego (R), ma questo non incide sulla struttura.Dato che leggendo non sono il primo a trovare meno pezzi spero non capiti anche ad altri (a me è andata anche bene).
