365 by Whole Foods Market, Glucosamine Chondroitin X Strength MSM, 120 Tablets

I've had a lot of pain in my hip knees and my elbow every day. I just received this yesterday so I've had 2 doses yesterday and today. While I was work I realized I wasn't hurting 😲 the pills are a bit large but I don't have any problems taking 2 at a time. I 100% recommend this

My mother used it effectively for her knee pain. I’ve given this brand and others to my dogs over the years and it works. My greyhound mix could barely walk from Lymes and then was able to happily run again. So, a couple years ago when my older Boer goat could not walk from Vet diagnosed arthritic pain, I chose to give him this supplement vs pain pills. And, he has been walking and running ever since.

I tend to have a little trouble swallowing large pills, but these are ridiculous! They are HUGE and have rough edges so they stick as you try to get them down. I told my husband , who usually can swallow hands full of pills with one gulp, that these would have to be for him alone. It turns out that they are too big for him too. These expensive things are going in the trash as cutting them in half would only lead to more rough edges. Very disappointed!

They work well, IF you can swallow them.

I’m 61. I recovered 80% as my mobility. I thought that hip replacement was in my near future from the pain of Osteoarthritis. If you know someone who is suffering from this pain, it is your duty to tell them or purchase this product for them to try. I take on an empty stomach with coffee in the morning for best results. 2 a day. Took 5 days to get very good results.

This is my first bottle and I finished 60 pills already. I am not seeing any obvious change in my joint pain. The main issue with this product is the size of the tablet, as many reviewers mentioned...it is very difficult to swallow and it hurt my throat couple of times. Still, I would finish the bottle and if my condition improves, I would buy more and increase the product rating. Based on my experience, I suggest to break the tablet into two or take it along with food (not just tablet and a glass of water).

I bought this stuff thinking I don’t if this is going to help or I’m just wasting money..I started taking two pills a day after two to three weeks my knee pain and popping was GONE! Now I am not saying this stuff is the cure or anything like that but it helped me. It’s pricey and pills are huge lol
