Bought this range hood for Mom's kitchen. Exactly what she wanted. Works and looks great.

Great looking range hood
It was relatively easy to install. Getting the blue plastic off was not fun and time consuming. Otherwise, looks and works great. My setup was vented and it works very well.

poorly designed
I do not like they designed the lights in the back, next to the wall. This makes no sense at all !The light needs to be upfront over what you’re working on, food items, NOT on the wall !And they are far too bright, with no dimmer no light choice just extremely bright if I known that, I would not have picked this unit. not happy with this purchase at all. and like the other buyer said, the Shipping plastic is ridiculous and very hard to remove, especially from the cracks. Also, my switch is faulty that turned on the lights. I have to push it several times to turn it on if I use the horrible bright lights.

Beautiful design, highly functional and a fantastic price!
I love everything about this hood. The style is spot on, the suction is great and the light is an added bonus that I’ve never had. Easy to use, looks great and functions perfectly. I shopped around online and went to Home Depot and kohl’s and and they all were outstandingly higher priced. I highly recommend this hood.

Who puts that much plastic wrap?
The vent hood works well but who decided to cover the hood with that much plastic wrapping. It took like an hour to just get the plastic wrapping off.

Price is very good for CFU amount, plus it's a nice unit. Couldn't find anything comparable at our local lowes.
