This is the best hot sauce. It’s spicy but not over the top. I will definitely order it again.

Had trouble finding the huy fong sriracha we love and normally buy and our local Asian grocer didn't have any brands regular red sriracha in stock. Apparently there's a shortage of huy fong so I had to choose from the options on Amazon. Most brands had questionable reviews or were very overpriced. I chose this brand as it had decent reviews and even though it's a little pricey you get the variety of the different srirachas. We were very excited to receive them as we've both never tried yellow or green sriracha. We tried the red first. Initially it's pretty sweet but you get the spiciness after a few seconds. Overall it's pretty good, I enjoy the sweet and spicy but I wouldn't choose it over the huy fong to use in most applications. Tried the yellow next. It's not really spicy at all. It's kinda sweet but still has interesting flavors. My boyfriend compared it to spicy brown mustard but I didn't taste the similarities. Last we tried the green, which we both agree was the most spicy and flavorful. One thing to note is that all three are a little thin in consistency and generally have less spice than huy fong. We also did not receive the dish shown in the picture. We enjoy them well enough that we're keeping them and will use them up. However I don't see us replacing huy fong with this brand.

The label says it's hot but it's sweet and mild. Although I didn't care for it other family members loved it.

So good - spicy but not too spicy, adds a great flavor to eggs, stir fry, chicken, etc.

Pretty decent saracha and if you are looking for a little change up get the yellow. It's surprisingly good.

Aldi’s used to sell a green sriracha that was amazing, but they stopped selling it years ago. I have been trying every green sriracha I could find, trying to find one that was even close to that, well all these years later, I have finally found it! I have been telling everyone I know lol! It is so good! It’s not too spicy, it’s sweet, it’s good on everything, especially eggs or quesadillas. If you’re on the fence, just buy it, you will not regret it! I wish I could order it in bigger bottles

Found this hot sauce at a Poke Bowl place in Cocoa Beach. It is awesome! All 3 are delicious and you can actually read the ingredient list without a PhD in chemistry. Do yourself a favor and buy this hot sauce.

The good sriracha shortage led me to branch out looking for an alternative. ALAS. Rooster sauce fans, keep looking - this stuff is no Hong Fuy’s. It’s weirdly sweet and not very spicy, and I say that as a white girl so you know it must be extremely bland. Not a fan.
