Terrible costumer support and quality declining
I’ve ordered this product a few times in the past. The past purchase I had one defective item, so I contacted NeilMed and they got my info to send a replacement- which never arrived. Then I ordered a second unit and also one is defective. I tried to follow up in my initial replacement request and went dark - no replies. Won’t be buying in the future anymore.
