I've been using this every week or so two times a week or just when I feel like I need to get rid of some bloating. It doesn't make you go to the bathroom like crazy. It does, however, make you pass gas and helps reduce bloating quite significantly. After you drink it or the next day, you feel pretty good or a couple hours depending on when you take it.
