Easier to use than the ones you have to squeeze. Less chance of being over enthusiastic.

Very easy to use, fill with previously boiled water to the line. Add the salt mixture. Screw back together and head to the sink. Tilt head to side, place in nostril and press the button- Job done, water (and possibly other gunk) flows out other nostril. Repeat on other side. I've been using a steroid spray for a deviated septum and allergies. I wasn't convinced but also received advice to try a neti pot or similar- decided to give this a go and I think I will discontinue with steroid spray. I generally boil water 2 hours before use as it will have cooled down properly by then. The temp stickers are too fiddly for me. Good price and easy to use, if you're considering trying one, try this.

The soft squeezy bottles seem to be better than these waterfall type bottles where you have no control over the volume of water that is moving. I didnt keep this one but it would be great for beginners.

I’ve always struggled with blocked noses all the time but when I used this. The air was soo crisp I wish I was exaggerating

A bit of a strange sensation at first - but once you get the angle right and only breathe through your mouth whilst using it, it’s actually quite pleasant. After use breathing through your nose is like a breath of fresh air! Great value too. Really happy.

Actually works

The product, in whole, works great - delivering a steady flow of warm, salt infused water through the nasal passages and definitely cleans them out! The only criticism is the thermometer strips - ideally you need them water to be 37°c, they don't work. Not such a bad thing, when you feel the water is at your temperature, use it!! I recommend this to future buyers.
