Really like - have bought 3 orders so far
I really like the functionality of these little pots. I ended up hanging 15 of them on my glass shower door that's adjacent to a south facing window - and have basically made a vertical garden out of trailing ivy. I like that these pots have a wicking reservoir so you don't have to worry too much about underwatering. The minor downsides are: 1) the shiny white plastic does look a little cheap, like other reviewers have commented on (and it shows the dirt more); 2) it'd be nice if they came with suction cups since I'd think most of these are hung on glass; 3) there are a number of holes in the bottom of the inner liner that you can fish the wick through but for some reason only 2 of them are the right size, the rest are really small so you really have to work at the wick rope to get them through - so it often frays, just not sure why they wouldn't have made all of the holes the appropriate size. Overall though I really like the product and have gotten a lot of compliments on my vertical garden.

Good for the budget hobbyist
I have bought these a couple times now, so I feel like my review is pretty accurate. They ARE a little flimsy, but it doesn't seem to be a big deal for me. I hang them on the wall and they stay there unless I'm doing a water check. They don't get moved or bumped a lot, so I really don't see myself damaging them. Any thicker and the price would probably go up, and I like them on the less expensive side. I did not use suction cups. I used screws in my window frames and hung them that way. I think it's more secure. I don't trust suction cups no matter the brand. I use a diy pon substrate for semihydro and so far, everything is loving it. My micans and silver glory string of hearts have gone a little batsh#t crazy in these pots. I will be buying more of these as I have a personal need to get most of my plants higher up and off of tables/shelves. These really are great for that. Also, I appreciated the hooks being included. I have a greenhouse I mean to set up that will have a grid on the back side. The hooks will come in handy for that as I surely will be using these pots in there as well.

Great for succulents!
Bought these for my succulents because I don't have a lot of natural light in my house! It was a change having to bottom water them since I have never done that. So getting used to knowing how much water to actually give them was tricky. Overall, love this product!

Small pot
The inside planting pot is really small, maybe 2" diameter and 2.5" deep. It's really not big enough to plant anything in. We're trying with our kitchen herbs, but the pot is only big enough for 1 stem of basil. That means if you buy the live plant at the grocery store, you have to break it into 5 parts and plant one stem in each pot. Generally speaking, that's not really practical.

Self-watering isn’t good description
I still have to water ever day or two, at least.

Perfect little planters!
Need small planters for a wall or sunroom? Don’t want to spend alot? Need them quick? Don’t want to traverse the great wilderness that is home improvement stores. These are the planters for you!Perfect for hanging herbs, small plants or succulents on a wall. They stay flush against the wall, even on hooks (think command hooks) instead of the ones provided and you don’t need as much water as you think because the cups go more than half way into the planter. I’d purchase again.

emphasis on durable
Before hanging them, I dropped one 3 times off a pretty high ledge with the plant in it. It didn’t crack at all. The plant was perfectly protected too. Very cute and they actually do self water!
