Perfect
I remembered buying nut roasts in the past and finding them a little powdery. I usually make my own but I decided I would give one another chance. I am so glad I did as it tasted lovely and so quick and easy. All you do is open the pack and add water, leave for 5 minutes and slam it in the oven for about 40 minutes. It is good both hot and cold. I could do without the sund dried tomatoes but they were not unpleasant. I did put a few extra cashew nuts on the top to add to the flavour and this worked well. I served it with a red pepper sauce that I make and freeze in batches, they woud also go well with a tomato sauce or I guess a vegetarian gravy. They probably don't replace the ones I make myself but will be useful for those times when I'm really busy and would find it difficult to do my own.

Easy to mix , put in a dish , pop in oven .Absolutely loved the nut , and so did my neighbour who was trying it for first time 🥜 ❤️

Simple for lazy cooks
As a vegetarian I like to have these in the cupboard. Easy to make, a bit like making stuffing and being on my own I like simple foods without hassle. I wouldn't say they are gourmet but make a change and I quite like the taste of this Mediterranean one.

My son who is vegetarian loves this. He had this on Christmas Day and has done the past 3 years.A wonderful product at a reasonable price

Not For Me
Really didn't like this much. It was edible but just not very tasty or inspiring. I wouldn't buy again.

delicious and easy
these are delicious, even carnivores loved it and it is the easiest thing to make - mix it with 200 ml of water, leave it resting for 5 minutes and bake it for 30-40 min -that's it. I put some jalapeno peppers that needed eating and they gave it a nice kick

Tasty festive fare for vegans
Difficult to feed a vegan a tasty festive meal, but this allowed our Christmas guest to enjoy her dinner without having to sit down to soaked lentils - and was so flavoursome it was enjoyed by others too. Good shelf life, so will keep for her Easter visit.
