Great customer service
Customer service at Outback noticed my negative review and responded appropriately. My comment was:Neither my wife nor I "felt" any benefit from this collection of aromatic solutions. We won't be re-ordering.They responded with a perfect solution.Even though I ordered their product in February of 2017 they were very generous with this response:I just noticed your product review of Outback on Amazon and I am really disappointed to see that our product did not work for you or your wife. Outback is an incredibly powerful natural anti-inflammatory, but sadly, no one product is going to work for everybody. We stand behind our products 100% and we want to build real lasting client relationships with genuinely satisfied people.I want you to be happy, so please go ahead and send me your Amazon Order ID and I will process a full refund on your purchase so you didn’t lose a single penny.

I have neuropathy in my feet so bad it is hard to get to sleep most nights
I have neuropathy in my feet so bad it is hard to get to sleep most nights. I also have a knee that has a lot of pain especially if I lay on it wrong. This product has been a miracle worker! I use it on my feet when I get off work and on my knee if it is hurting and it is usually only a few minutes later that the burning & pain is gone. I also put it on my feet & knee at bedtime & it has allowed me to sleep without kicking my wife numerous times as I did before when I thrashed around because of the burning. She is quite happy about that! It has also helped the pain in her back from sciatica. I highly recommend this product & I plan to get the bigger sizes for future use!

I am not one that has written many reviews, so please excuse my clumsiness. I suffer from debilitating fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, TMJ and migraines. I have tried more topical treatments than I can remember, but when you are in pain... you still have this seed of hope that just maybe the next one will work. I mainly use Outback all around the front of my neck (my scalines are often like steel rods which is my physical therapist's description) and the back of my neck and shoulders and even my forehead and temples. This product actually provides some relief which helps me relax. I do include my stretching exercises and the two together will actually allow me to be able to fall asleep and not wake up a few hours later in agony or with a migraine induced from the pain, muscle spasms and swelling. This may not work on everybody, but I have used it on several family member's who were pleasantly surprised. I am no longer able to use any products like Bengay or Icy Hot because my skin has decided it cannot tolerate them at all anymore. Outback is so gentle that my sensitive skin has zero negative reaction. My only real regret is the Outback doesn't offer a subtle warming feeling to further promote my muscles to relax, but I do have my heating pads ;)I also have arthritis in both my knees and have bone on bone in many areas. This all started in my early teens. I had 2 knee surgeries before I turned 19. Nothing much has ever really worked to help when they suddenly become unbearably painful due to sudden barometric drops. Outback has definitely outperformed my previous goto of Aspercreme. Although I prefer Aspercreme's lack of scent, I will be using Outback. If it helps anyone else, I am 47 years old. I also take prescribed medications for my arthritis and fibromyalgia. Not any one thing alone works well for me, but this combination works for me.I also have 2 herniated discs in my low back. When my low back flares up, my Tens Unit is really my #1 pain relief followed by my #2 of Outback.I hope my ramblings may help somebody in the future. Good luck to you and God Bless!!

if you're expecting this product to be anything like most of the pain relief creams and balms that ...
First, if you're expecting this product to be anything like most of the pain relief creams and balms that you're used to, you might be disappointed. Or, if you're like me, pleasantly surprised. Personally, I was tired of the icy/hot sensations of muscle creams. Those creams are formulated to distract you from the pain by overlapping one sensation (cold or heat) over top of another (pain). Eventually, if you're in enough pain on a consistent basis, that just doesn't work anymore. Plus, you have to go out smelling like menthol, which, let's face it, isn't really appealing.I have a genetic joint condition, so I'm in pain on a daily basis, and unfortunately it's not limited to one joint. I have pain in my neck, shoulders, knees, ankles, you name it.First, I admit that I didn't expect much from this roll-on because the label was a little bit quirky. But I was really very surprised at how well it worked. It wasn't instant relief. I've been using it for a few days now, and I feel like the inflammation in my joints is improving steadily with each use. During the first use, I didn't notice too much, but now I definitely see some improvement and overall decrease of stiffness and pain. It smells great too! Here's a list of ingredients:Tea Tree Oil, Blue Malle Eucalyptus, Vanilla, Olive OilI never knew that tea tree oil reduces inflammation, but I did some research on it, and apparently it does! It's also a natural anti-septic as well. Eucalyptus is known to be very soothing and has been used for aches and pains for centuries, so I wasn't surprised to see that on the ingredient list here. As far as vanilla, I thought it was only used to fragrance this, but apparently it is also a natural anti-inflammatory and has properties similar to capsaicin. Who knew!I'm going to continue using this, and I'm also going to purchase one for my mom as well who is in need of some arthritis pain relief.I received this product at a discounted rate. My opinion and review is unbiased and honest.
