My favourite tool.
It might be small but oh gosh it's brilliant. Not heavy- but substantial. Loved one loves it !! Only drawback is battery last 30ish minutes, takes 4+ hours to charge- you do get 2!

I bought this mini chainsaw for my husband to help shape a large fence post. It worked well, was easy to use and did the job.

Great little tool
What a great little tool this is, cut really well on big and small branches.Really surprised at the performance, with the 2 batteries a must for flexibility of use.Just keep the chain tight and use the oil.Helped dramatically on my task

Waste of money broke down in minutes
We brought this to do some minor pruning but after a few seconds pre usage the belt fell off and it wont rotate while making just a humming grinding sound. Now what good is this if it stops working before the job has even started !!Obviously had serious fault issues as we doubted it being new while opening as it looked grubby so possibly someone else’s return resold!

Brilliant!
It arrived early, appropriately-packaged and set up ready for use. It weighs just over 1 kilo. Female in mid-seventies had no problem using it to dismantle an old sofa and - the main reason for purchase - pruning some trees which required using it up a ladder. It cut through the wood very easily and made very light work of the tasks. Gloves supplied are suitable only for housework/light gardening. I found the manual difficult to follow but that may well be me! The battery was still charged after about an hour’s use. Comes with a year’s warranty. Wish I had bought it a long time ago. Definitely recommend!

Works fine but the second battery won't charge wanted a replacement but they would only refund not wat I wanted saw itself is very good and well worth the money..

Did everything it said it would.
Used to clear trees and bushes. After set up had no issue with chain tension as some have mentioned so far chain has lasted well after some pretty heavy use. Battery life was better than expected. Need to lubricate the chain regularly, found easiest to do when changing battery over. Great value.
