Great piece of kit, comes with comprehensive instructions manual and links to You tube videos. Contained spare rubber seals too. Easy to set up. Had a query about the e02 code emailed Kelvin who gave a prompt, detailed and very helpful reply.Used a sachet of liquid Oust and was surprised how much scale came out. I ran it through the whole cycle twice. e02 code resolved. Unit seems quieter and more powerful now. Also a useful tool to check if unit is working before you set the whole tub up. Definitely recommend this to prolong the life of a hot tub unit. Seller was brilliant. Thanks!

Very easy to use and works perfectly. Got a lot of limescale out of our heater and it now pushes water harder.Excellent buy - even came with spare O-rings which I had one missing for the air hose, so that was great. Fixed a leak and descaled my hot tub heater - win win!

I really thought I’d have to get someone out to fix our hot tub pump - before I was told about this clever piece of kit!It is so easy to use, just have to get a good Descaler solution to use with it.

Setting tub up again for summer, airjet was working but filter/heat kept giving E02 error code. Washers were all fine. Hosed water through pump etc. Some evidence of limescale build up.Tried this device as some reviews said it had worked even without pump functioning. Added Oust descaler as per instructions (ie after filling gadget with water and tipping pump back then topping up then adding descaler) and left overnight (without pump on). Error code still appearing when pump was turned on next day.Emptied water from gadget and tried adding more water this time with the Oust BEFORE tipping pump back (to circulate descaler) then topping up water. After just a few minutes of letting it sit, the pump turned on without error code! Let it run for 30mins before successfully connecting pump to spa as usual.Instructions could include reference to scenarios where pump is not turning on at all.

Good piece of kit, used to identify source of leak, very easy with this, also came with all new seals, handy addition to any hot tub.

Kit is great, easy to install, instructions perfect, even get some extra o rings as spares, simply a great product that does exactly what it says it does, simply install, add water, pour in some descale, I used a single liquid sachet of Oust, turn on the pump, set temp to 35. turn on the heater and wait 30 minutes, you can see the descale working which is great. Drain and refill with fresh water and then run the pump again, I did it with the heater running but probably don't need to, to flush the system, empty and reconnect to your hot tub, job done now time for a well earned soak!
