Delicious and the perfect size
Not only is the taste delicious, but these do not need to be put through a grinder. The salt is larger and more substantial in size than table salt, but not as chunky as some other sea salts, where they are too big.This is the perfect size and can be sprinkled directly on food without a grinder.

Proof that all salt is NOT the same
I always thought salt was salt, and even when I first tasted this fleur de Sel, I thought, "yeah. It tastes like salt." Then, I tried it again. Whew! Is it good! It's smooth and clean. Plus, a little goes a long way. It doesn't have that sharp bite that you get with table salt. Family and friends have now suggested I try other salts, but I have no desire because this tastes perfect to me. I use it in cooking, for finishing, and for sprinkling on vegetables and popcorn. It functions well in all cases.

Great product
I was ro make a dessert that I saw on a cooking show that called out this item. Had to research and read a bunch of reviews since I'd never heard of it before. I landed on this one and gave it a shot. It's awesome. I'm addicted. I put this in anything that is remotely sweet. Ice cream, mocha coffee, hot chocolate, brownies....it's that perfect balance between salty and sweet.

A Surprising Salt,...surpassing my expectations
Great salt for anyone who likes a taste of the exotic...I was a bit skeptical of salt tasting differently, so I was very surprised to find it actaully doies have a distinctive taste...I have several different salts, mainly for the different grain size and other uses like Kosher for my sourdough read, iodized for normal cooking, etc...this one was bought just for eating. That was the cachet that I read about it in a food artcile...so I sprang for it. It does have that quality of a sea salt, that extra mineralization that comes from the source...but this has "taste" also...what taste? Got me, but it is distinct...we sprinkle it over a buttered bagel, a few specks on a piece of prosciutto & cream cheese, or just a dip of a wetted finger...its great for those small things like that. Not for cooking, just for tasting is my preference. Enjoy!

One of the best if not the best gourmet sea salts available.
Course crystals. If you’ve ever wondered what the big deal is about sea salt then try this one and you’ll be convinced there’s a unique mineral flavor to it. I don’t use it for cooking but just a light pinch to your prepared dish really brings out the flavors in your food.
