Great Steamer, Best customer Services
I like the size of this steamer. It heats up the towels, stones, and it will sterilize all items at the same time, it’s a perfect size for a medium salon...Please remember only distilled water, NO TAP WATER! Also, do not use any chemicals in the towels - bleach, softeners, etc to prevent the steamer to get a mineral build up .Also 5 stars ⭐️ for providing the best customer services.

Your towels stay super super moist which is nice
This is the mac daddy of towel warmers, but beware it is LOUD! You will hear it boil and its huge!!! I probably could have gone with the smaller size, but on the plus side, I can store my hot packs (neck and back), all my towels, and my stones. Quality on this thing is top notch. Your towels stay super super moist which is nice. My old cabby compared to this one was garbage, but I had no idea til now. So spend the money.

Good machine.
We purchased one almost identical to this one from a different source and it got rusted real bad, to the point it became unusable. Once this one arrived, I immediately took apart the bottom portion and drilled more bigger holes towards the front for the overfilled water to escape instead of puddling in the bottom pan. I also moved the rear rubber legs to the front so the machine tilted to the front, since I drilled the water escape holes to the front so I can see. Not sure why one side (the back) rubber legs are smaller than the front, creating a tilt towards the back, maybe it’s designed that way for a reason? I also siliconed all exposed screws and holes to prevent rust. For the cost of these machines, it should’ve been better designed to last longer from the manufacturer. I took those steps to prolong the usage of this product and probably voided my warranty, but it was necessary since I know what will happen if I don’t do the necessary modifications. Machine was delivered promptly once ordered. Front bottom right corner below the door was slightly dented therefore I docked one star.
